Our Story: The Heart Behind Junior Mind Masters
This is the story behind Junior Mind Masters—and why it matters so much to me.
I started Junior Mind Masters after learning one of life’s hardest lessons: that even in the darkest times, the way we think can change everything.
After losing my husband, I had to help my three young children—and myself—learn to survive grief and fear one thought at a time. What began as a search for healing turned into a mission: teaching children how to manage their minds, build emotional strength, and believe in their own power.
Because I don’t want any child to grow up believing their thoughts control them. I want them to know they are the thinkers.
Here’s what I’ve learned—and what guides everything we do at Junior Mind Masters.
🌳 Every child can learn to master their mind.
🌳 Emotional literacy is as important as academic literacy.
🌳 Confidence comes from connection—within ourselves and with others.
🌳 Small daily habits create lifelong change.
🌳 Parents are the first (and most powerful) Mind Masters.
Junior Mind Masters began as one mother’s mission—and it’s growing into a community.
Because when we teach one child to master their mind, the impact ripples outward—to families, schools, and futures.
